Horses are such majestic animals!  I was thrown into the equine world when my oldest daughter began riding about five years ago.  Since then I have learned way more about these beautiful animals than I ever thought I would.  I began photographing local shows as well as my daughter with her horse, and it didn't take me long to fall in love with it.  We own two horses currently and spend a tremendous amount of time at the barn.  This means that I not  only do I  know how to photograph horses correctly, I also know how to handle them, how they behave, and how to be safe around them.
